Is RULE the voter he claims to be?

Now, before I begin, @RULE was recently the very reason I won a battle, my battle with @Duh Great Whyte. This, coupled with @Murderous Swag's, @Stotty Pimpin's, and @Marty McFly's votes, I won the battle 55% to 45%. That being said, I'd like to look at this instance objectively, and from both sides of the fence. With myself, being a former member of Classick, I'm sure that many of you will see this vote from him as favoritism for me, on a personal level. And some of you, would likely argue that this creates a level of bias in his votes, due to personal influence. However, I would assume that an equal amount of people would commend RULE for his commitment to the site, and his ability, due to his battle experience, to give a fair, and educated vote on battles, despite any personal attachment he may have with the competitors. So, in summation, do you agree that RULE should be allowed his staggering VP, or, do you argue, that because of his bias, he shouldn't be given this privilege?

I mean this as respectfully as possible, and have only made this thread for the thoughts of the collective of LB.
