No I don't think he's biased. Especially not on voting. I do think there is something there with his Modding policy (Like Eth said, ands thats only if he was THE ONE who made the final decision, I don't know 100% tbh I.E the Khryme re mod and Fame mod) I wouldn't exactly call it biased though. No offense when I say this cause Rules sound but in that particular situation with the modding I do think he's a bit too nice/soft, if he was responsible. But then again he could say I'm too Nazi/too fussy or w.e
But over all he safe in my book and votes straight.
