An active 3rd party admin spot would be awesome.
Take into consideration that you should be an apt coder.
(this is from a site running perspective)
What we really need is an active SuperMod with full abilities.
The admin scope could be narrowed to 100% behind the scene work.
Where a SuperMod could deal with the day to day duties...
and not have that Admin tag (if a non-code savvy mod gets the spot)

Lemme clarify before someone starts in:
We need a Super Mod WITH the full abilities.
This Super Mod could handle the big stuff on a day to day basis.
We DO NOT need another Admin.
The way I see it is that the Admin could handle all coding/behind the scene issues and proctor change through the Super Mod(s). The Super Mod role would be perfect for what @
Ticket is getting at WITH the right abilities in place.
I don't think someone who doesn't know VB coding should be put into an Admin role. It's unfair to them, we're setting the aforesaid person up for failure. However, a Super Mod can get into the physical site issues and not have that overhanging Admin role constantly.
