Admin Spot (Please Read)
 

We NEED an active admin. I think we can all agree on that.

I vote RULE. He is extremely active and fair. Whos wit me.

I agree 100% I was thinking about this myself tbh. No hate to any of the admins but there is no denying, that for w.e reason. They Haven't been as active as we need them to be, we need active admins since there is only so much we can do as mods.

Rule........

An active 3rd party admin spot would be awesome.
Take into consideration that you should be an apt coder.
(this is from a site running perspective)

What we really need is an active SuperMod with full abilities.
The admin scope could be narrowed to 100% behind the scene work.
Where a SuperMod could deal with the day to day duties...
and not have that Admin tag (if a non-code savvy mod gets the spot)

Lemme clarify before someone starts in:

We need a Super Mod WITH the full abilities.
This Super Mod could handle the big stuff on a day to day basis.

We DO NOT need another Admin.

The way I see it is that the Admin could handle all coding/behind the scene issues and proctor change through the Super Mod(s). The Super Mod role would be perfect for what @Ticket is getting at WITH the right abilities in place.

I don't think someone who doesn't know VB coding should be put into an Admin role. It's unfair to them, we're setting the aforesaid person up for failure. However, a Super Mod can get into the physical site issues and not have that overhanging Admin role constantly.

I don't know if we need another "admin"/supermod like Mayneak...unless the person is given more powers. Without those powers, them being "active" wouldn't do much cause how much help could Mayneak render even when he was active? At the same time, I feel like if someone were to be given full administrative rights, they should be adept in PHP and VBulletin coding. If any one of you have those skills and would like to volunteer to help admin the site, then I'm all for it.

Yeah, I second this as well. There's a lot of factors to take into consideration.

Agree with rhet... It's not a full admin that's needed ... Just more powers in a super mod role

As in the ability to change titles and edit tournaments etc

Too much to read, but i agree with the best part of whats been said...Reason why i haven't been active is coz I haven't got the ability to do more on the site which was promised previously. I've given up hope for shit to change tbh. :high:

Someone with a lil more authority and powers would benefit us all imo.

Certainly would help squash the multiple disagreements we've been having amongst ourselves recently to have someone like that.

I appreicate the votes of confidence, although the are a few who could do this role well.
