If I had never been banned id never have lost the crew mod that was quick passed on to dj Denton who also vacated it .... Not my problem it was taken off me and I wasn't able to see threw that initative ....

Pretty Sure. We've Got 134,635 Members And Only About 500-1,000 Of Those Were Ever Active (I Couldn't Name 1,000 Members And I've Been Here Forever) So Statistically Speaking, Yes A Lot Of Those People Have 0VP Because That's What We Start At.
