1) Some people set up multi accounts seemingly for the sole purpose of trading votes with their friends and crew mates. Letting people know automatically that their vp has been lowered either through this PM'ed list which you suggest or some other means would mean some people who cheat and plan to continue cheating in this way simply make a new account which might not be noticed right away and starts off at full vp.
2) Everyone will now know who has 0 vp. Even if you were the only one who is PM'ed this list, they can extrapolate that someone must have 0vp when they see that they're participating in your school. For the same reason mentioned above and for other reasons involving privacy, we DON'T want everyone knowing who has 0 vp and it is something that should be kept discreet because it would only make cheating and voting conspiracy easier if that were the case. As it stands right now, anyone can PM any member of staff about their vp and we will let them know privately. I've seen some people make threads asking what their vp is and a mod lets them know right there. If they ask to get it raised, we'll start monitoring their votes. Each person has a right to know what their vp is, but other people do not necessarily have a right to know what your vp is, that's why when people ask me, I tell them privately.
What you're offering is something that a staff member SHOULD be doing imo. We can see everyone's votes and vp so that cuts out the middle man stuff of PM'ing a list. I've done that a few times in the past with the V.A.T tournaments. Here's a sample of one of the vote battles I set up through this tourney: ( http://www.letsbeef.com/forums/showt...ighlight=V.A.T) I didn't let people know right away what their vp was and I let other people who already had full vp participate because people with 0 vp aren't the only ones who can benefit from voter education , so everyone involved didn't necessarily have 0 vp, but anyone who suspects their vp had been lowered was invited to participate, and in the end, some got their vp restored as a result. When I helped form the new FVC, I started it off with that same model of competitive voting.
I'm just letting you know how I've tried to tackle the problem in the past and why I went about it the way I did. I'm actually planning a new voter program that will involve the prospect of vp restoration this coming month. It won't be exactly like the VP School you're planning. Neither will it be like the V.A.T tournaments of the past, but it'll be towards the same goal.
To sum it up, I think this school you're setting up is a great idea and if you start it, your efforts won't go unnoticed. However, I would encourage you to try to do it without having a list of 0vp voters to inform and invite. I'm not comfortable with that part due to what I've mentioned above. If you set this thing up though, I will personally monitor the program and restore whoever's vp needs to be restored.

NOBLE ....
Ok I totally see where your coming from in terms of the sharing the vp out in the public or sending it to me could cause some serious issues ....
So the problem that stands from that comes on the back of how do we bring people into the school I personally feel going around and ping individuals and telling them they need to check this out but that would be too time consuming hence the idea of the 0vp list this sort of gives me a data pool to work with ....
If this is taken how would you go about brining people into the school I guess we could do a sign up thread upon people signing up they could request there VP and choose to share it then I could work with them from there ....
So those sitting at 0's or 1's could have separate challenges or separate classes if you like ....
I think a sign up thread to gauge interest may be a good start but the audience I'm targeting rarely come in the forums they stay exist belt in the battle hub voting and battling but voting with some retarded ass shit ....
And lol @
Row
Anybody else have any opinions on capturing the audience who drop poor votes in terms of incentivising them ...
For me the only way we could truly bring them on board would be to stop credits going to those with 0vp this way they wouldn't be able to battle this forcing them to have to step up their voting and those with 1vp to get reduced credits where as the 2 vp's could get a higher amount of credits for their votes ... Not sure if that's even possible ??
