In 2009 HVK created a crew called "The LB School" which he used to help tutor some of the sites newest members. After promoting RULE to the rank of leader within The LB School, they chose to rename the crew: Classick At Rhymin. Which birthed the crew as it is now known.

RULE & HVK ran Classick together for a while, until HVK had to leave the site for a period of time. RULE has become synonymous with the squad, and is considered to be the crew's chief representative. RULE's personal rise was mirrored and echoed by Classick, with both being responsible for the legacy of the other. Krhyme Killz, AfterThough & GRizzEAT have also been prominent members in a leader role, with OSKAR & FAME also playing a big role in the crews success.

Classick's roots as an elevation crew is clear to see with the members who have risen from rookies, up to the sites most respected members. Classick's list of former members include: RULE, Krhyme Killz, GRizzEAT, AfterThought, OSKAR, FAME, BLNK, HVK, 2FUEL, Final Word, Punk, Mind Fuck, SoupErb, Jimmy Dean, Mani Mula, Freezy, DMullz, RED MYST, GOOD GRIEF, IAmFlow and many more.


Rivalries

Classick At Rhymin had numerous rivalries during its tenure, clashing with: Spectacular Vernacular, Mindless's LoD, Dead Poet Society, Phil Banks's LoD, Turnbull AC's & Hoodrich.

Noticable Crew Battles/Achievments

Classick have have rivalries with many notable crews. Their first big rivals being: Spectacular Vernacular. Classick were able to best SV in the first ILLMANIA event in a rivalry that was the catalyst for the Classick At Rhymin mixtape: Class Is In Session. Minor battles with other crews such as Mindless's Legion Of Doom, SOLO and the remnants of Hoodrich All Stars held Classick's attention until their next big threat came along in the form of the Dead Poet Society. DPS led by Rhetorik battled with Classick for almost a year before the 3rd ILLMANIA event which also included Phil Bank's Legion Of Doom and the Turnbull AC's settled the rivalry for the last time, again Classick coming out on top in a event that focused more on Classick & LoD rather than their orginal rivals DPS. A RULE-less Classick fued with the AC's for a short while, with Classick disbanded for the last time before a competition could be arranged between them. Other than Classick members multiple title wins and achievements, and its two ILLMANIA victories, the crews biggest accomplishment was the creation of its mixtape, which was never before done by a crew who were made up of textcees.

Site Impact

Classick's impact will be on multiple fronts. Its success in elevating new members to prominence, its musically endeavours, its members solo achievements and the crews multiple rivalries. 2009-2010 was a transitional period for the site and Classick filled the void left by MFD & Hoodrich's decline in activity. Classick At Rhymin were the changing of the guard, ushering in a new era for letsbeef.com.
