Welcome to Week 4 of the 2023 Audio Premier League. Verses are due by Friday, 9/29/23 @ 6:00PM EST. 1min acapella verses. It doesn't matter who sends first. Point Progression will be posted in the Audio Arena. If BOTH battlers agree to the same beat by Monday 9/25/23 before Midnight, the battle can be 1min with a beat. There are no extensions. The matchups are below:

So I guess it's cool you dumped the Kats that obviously ain't active...but...Kats got free points off em.. everyone should be they points off them, as if the season progressed till the end. Basically Kats got free no show points off Kats that didn't necessarily no show.. they just weren't active a couple weeks prior. Like petty . Jus sayin...

And if y'all gonna have new Kats involved...make sure their VP ain't zero for being new..and a brand spankin new kat involved? Babybars? that don't even have a battle yet? .idk...kinda weird tryin to battle someone blind.. at least its kinda unfair to youngcheef...💯

So. To be fair. One big point of the tourney was to have everyone battle everyone twice to keep it the matchup process even across the board. So these should be the last new people entered into to the tourney.... because even then... Its not possible for them to battle every participant twice... as there are only what 9 weeks left?

IF the original people that confirmed they would show up for the tournament actually showed up... which were the original ten people, then yes, you guys would have faced one another twice for sure. Now that we've had a fucking boat load of no shows I've had to bust ass to fill the card back up so we actually have battles coming out each week. Ten seems like a legitimate number of people to actually battle for an audio title, since the pickings are slim anyways. Any fewer than that and it just seems like nonsense.

It's still fair (and maybe more challenging for the newer members) because they have to body a couple people to catch up in the ranks. Given the no shows, at least some of you will rematch one another (Rupt v. LJ for example, to actually have the battle in the first place and Gauddy v. Flako for sure because there was a mistaken recycled upload.)

Closer to the end of the season, there will probably be matches made between the top battlers in the rankings if they are ahead of the pack by a decent enough margin, to determine who wins it... but we'll see when we get there. If there's a tie at the end, then those people battle for the belt.

I see your logic. This makes sense for sure. Although it would have been a lot harder for the ones that no-showed to come back from negative points, which was the initial reason for implementing it to reward those that showed etc. But it is what it is. Good shit keeping the ball rolling. Im just playing the devils advocate lol

I see your logic. This makes sense for sure. Although it would have been a lot harder for the ones that no-showed to come back from negative points, which was the initial reason for implementing it to reward those that showed etc. But it is what it is.
