Ok. Do I believe in God? No

As far as the Christian theologies...it's fascinating. Considering the story revolves around a guy who went against the church and state. Telling people not to be of worldly things and to transcend themselves. I am completely all for the message. IN fact, people that have done similiar things are blocked from us.

Taken off television, considered crazy, etc. We laugh at those types of people. SO I understand the story quite well. Jesus sacrificed himself for society.

DO I think Jesus himself actually existed? No. Infact I'd say he's purely a metaphorical story we should probably learn from.

Now if Christianity is true..all of you are FAKE believers, because NONE of you seem to understand the true meaning of being a "christian" .

And because Jason and I may "deny christ" we (by defintion) are the "anti-christ"

I have morals. Very similiar to those of commandments. And yet I'm still labeled by you're religion because I don't follow it. Sounds ungodly to me because it says to KEEP YOURSELF from associating with the "anti-christ"

Your saying all the same stuff Ive always said. People work hard to get places, and then thank god at the end of it, without actually taking a minute and respecting their own achievments and taking the credit for themselves. I don't know if he is real, I highly doubt that he is, but if he is, I obviously want him on my side. And I dont mean that like half of the people mean it. "I believe in god, i get to go to heaven...yay!". I dont particularly believe in the bible, although that holds everything we know about god. I find some of the stories to be too farfetched, and too many contradictions throughout. I don't know wether I'm a christian or a muslim, (well, def not a muslim but you get the point). I started by speaking to my mom after she died, just as a comfort. Like in the scene in Waist Deep at the end when the kid cleans the house just incase his dad comes back, even though he knows he wont come back (yet does....:S). I know I wont get an aswer, but it would be nice to think that its heard. Then I thought, If im going to do that, I may aswell attempt to give myself protection around the shit I was doing by praying to god, no hardcore praying, just certain nights when im thinking. For the first time in a long time, things seem to be looking good with no problems, so it got me to think more...

I'm basically agnostic in every sense of the word now, a big step from 100% athiest.

I think people mainly do it because they are not strong enough to deal with problems on their own, and like to think someone is with them through it. It would be nice to believe in religion 100%, but I just can't do that.

Yeah Warren i can see where your coming from so(not to challenge you but to see where im coming from) God knew (in my belief) that you would read this so therefore you can "repent" if you think of christianity like it is not a story but reality. but here my proposition. Tell me about your belief and i will tell you about mine and you will truly see why i believe. The christian life is a life of repentance

No the morals I have are based on how I think nature should be. I mean..we are full conscious aware humans, why should we have to kill other humans anymore? it's not even necessary for survival ANYMORE. We all have the ability to think rationally..

The thing is , we may have a violent edge as a primitive natural emotion..but those emotions are amplified through television, music, and over all the mentality of greed we're in.

But there seems to be a lot of violence that is "permitted" by God himself.


I disagree about it having a positive impact on society Jason. Heh..do I think the STORY OF JESUS is interesting and applies to us, yes. But..we don't take that shit into consideration. Barely ANY OF US DO..

Everybody is in the same boat chasing the same thing. He's a christian, she's a catholic, he's a jew,,..they all seem to sport the same motives in life. The same goals we place above everything else. The goals that are ultimately going to take us nowhere . Maybe just feed our entertainment needs. That's about it.
