Ramblings from EtH 4: I miss the DRs

Once upon a time on LB, the website was split. One one side, you had Illimit, Olde English, Askari etc., and on the other you had Cash One, bestmceva, SORO etc.

I was just thinking that the other side of the side has completely vanished. If someone was to now mention a guy on LB to me, I'd have most likely seen them or know a close crew member to them. Back in the day, the depth was insane. You wouldn't have a CLUE who was the latest big dickriding crew, and those guys would know each other for like 2 years. People you didn't know actually formed long lasting e-friendships, but now-a-days, if someone sticks around for 2 years consistently, chances are you've seen their name around at some point.

I miss that depth of having so many different characters around the site. Whether they were good or bad, people you looked back at and would remember. You could ask any of the 2007 'vets', and they wouldn't remember BROCK MUSCLEz, George Bones etc., but I knew them because I was on the other side of the site. There was so many people to know and meet all the time, but now it seems that I've spoke to just about anyone with a shred of relevance.

All in all, R.I.P. the dickriders.

I Agree With You, There Were So Many People On Here And You Wouldn't Really Know Everyone That Was Signed In. People Could Go YEARS Before Anyone Know Who They Were. Now-A-Days Everyone Pretty Much Knows Who Someone Is After A Month.

I think we're still pretty solid in activity Just. If we just keep innovating with the site, people will want to stick around. New people try out LB every day you know. If people help them get better, they'll be the big names that makes others want to stay.
