Uhhh...theres so much moretime frame, and mid 90s to mids 2000s theres way too much. Youd have to narrow it down to a each year and genre tbh...
These artists have had multiple albums that are fire in that 20 years like Em amd NasAnd no hate this list is ehhh..Ti vs Em? I do realize they're your favs but Id put a few Mixtapes above some of these.

Other albums are dope too. I use to tape record whenever Em came on the radio until my parents bought me marshal mathers. Without me, was probably my fav song around the early 2000s
