There will be food out there.. I'll keep looking and working out by doing push ups, sit ups and I can work out with items I come across.. I can work out with a fucking towel so yeah.. But I understand eventually food is gonna be harder to come across but I'll still be active and searching.. Finding animals.. Eat animals if they're good to go.. I'd have someone I couldn't careless about eat some of them animal.. There's a lot of other things on the food chain..

Food and shelter are the instants. You spend all day working out, you need more food to survive, straining your resources. As long as you can outrun the zombies, you're best to practise w/ weapons.
