@NOBLE was probably the best staff member that's ever been. You guys should be using him as a model to replicate in terms of conduct. Instead you're trying to provoke and troll people in the forums.

I agree NOBLE was good, but it took him a while before he was able to really do what he wanted with the site, and then at that there was only about a year.

But yeah of course I'd put myself in. I don't think anyone on the site has worked as hard on anything as I did with the first topical tournament. Hell, even the anonymous one required me sending out over 100 single PMs.

Thats what I would say too if I was the kind of person who gets called out for asking for praise by someone who really couldn't care either way. Sorry if my feet are grounded and that approach to your narcissism ruffled your feathers.

The staff will always need a bad guy. Just C fits the role. NOBLE was such an awesome staff member based on his personality and rational. ILLoKWENT kind of shares the trait as well. NOBLE knew how to get every single person in whatever the situation was understanding the other side, and would be able to sort the situation. He had a lot of ideas and stuff but that's not really what made him as good as he was. NOBLE should really be Pugz right hand man in the staff right now.

Again though, the only reason I didn't put NOBLE in is because he didn't really have a long time up there. Before becoming staff, he did The Alliance, which was like a much worse version of ACs Academy. When he became staff, he wasn't able to really impose himself at first, based on Pugz recent return etc., but when he took over the site basically plateaued to a good place. It was only for around a year and a half though, out of 9 years of the site's existence.

EDIT: Why would people say me just because I said me? Based on what my recent form has been like, I can't imagine I'd get a single mention. I just know how much work I've put into certain things and don't think anyone has done the same. I didn't have as much influence on certain things which is why guys like RULE and Mindless are as high up for me.

Your reminding them. If you do enough and your comfortable with that you shouldn't need too. It's that simple. I don't think in my entire time on the site I've seen a staff member, Ex or Active at the time nominate himself for praise. It's corny. Thats why I look at the yearly nomination threads and cringe when people nominate themselves. Maybe it's just me. I don't do the whole circle jerk thing. Thats why I don't participate in them (I might have done 1, because it was new and novel, but I think even thats a stretch, I'm just covering my ass in case you go evidence hunting lol

@OSKAR should get a mention aswell.Idk why nobody brought him up, he fixed every battle I had a problem in,fixed glitched battles and helped everyone out without making a single complains.
