actually I didn't get it until directly after you told me what it meant. tit knob? technically speaking, a tit is like a knob therefore you would be saying the tit itself has a knob on it? Makes no sense. It would be like saying there's a knob on a door knob, which is possible but I can't see two nipples on top of one another.
