I think mods and fvc members should be required to vote on a certain reasonable # of hotlist battles per week.

and,

I think mods should support/host more stipulation call out battles in which people end up in dresses or taking similarly embarrassing measures in the LB community upon their Loss.

It'd be cool aside from the actual battle aspect if the Audio cypher section got fixed...Sure it wouldn't take too much coding, considering that it did work at one point in time.
