You ban behind closed doors, conferr with the other administrators and move along, but you seem to be showing your personal satisfaction with the whole thing by parading it around which concerns me because I realize this site is very very unfair but when Admin is doing songs and dances over this in a public forum, the integrity factor is plummetting..Seems nonsensical is all....Again im not taking sides but since you opened this up im curious to see your perspective...thanks

like I said thats just the vibe I got from viewing it is all my man...I guess I just always feel that when it comes to termination or shit like that you keep it in house, meaning between admin and and the individual getting disciplined, and if you get questioned about it thats noones business so you tell them to ask eth if they want to know....i read it as you tryin to get your side of the story out first so the people would know before he somehow got his, hence the "game" aspect...you did throw a little slander in there wit the "taken in by his lies" line which shows that personal vendetta angle...I'm just stating facts and my perspective on the facts, again im not takin any sides...and Im gettin you battle tested for when you run for office and the media is grillin you
