lissen bro, its not about that... think on it as such.. if some1's REALLY ON HERE TO ELEVATE and they see you throwing low ass ratings, BUT YOU ARE OFFERING ADVICE and/or TIPS it'll be idiotic and HALF-ASSED not to jus seek tha help and get assisted.

Remember some people are here to become better, those that aren shudn be pacified.
