What incentive do people have to come and sign on on a Friday? Free exclusive membership? What does exclusive membership really offer? Exclusive battles that nobody votes on, the ability to post tracks that nobody listens to, the ability to start crews when the crew scene on this site is already dead because crew battles have been broken for years? It's basic promotion, you to get new customers and to keep existing customers you need to offer something special that people want. Exclusive membership is dead, stop trying to push it like it's superior, get to the staff forum and brain storm new ideas.

Also, if Pugz wants to run this like a real business, then staff should act like real staff regardless of whether it's voluntary or not, if he really wants to take this seriously then staff shouldn't be able to slam their members in threads in which they are trying to help. Not saying that the staffing team on LB aren't worthy of their positions because most of them are.

Pugz needs to care about this site again, because he clearly doesn't, I sent him a long PM a while ago offering to advertise the BeatDisk side of things because I've got a hell of a lot of connections now that I've moved back to London, offered him free promotion and sent a few suggestions and he completely par'd them off and ignored the PMn which has lost him a potentially very good business opportunity. Me and Pulse know about business, I know a few others on the site have degrees and business experience too, we're not hating on the site, we're recognising where things aren't working and making suggestions.

Damn straight .... There with the incentive for exclusive ......
