A) there is no footage to back either case. I don't know how that went down other than it was in a posh gated community, and there was a phone recording of the police distinctly telling him not to follow the kid and wait for back up?

The other took place on a bus in a shitty rough ghetto with some loud mouth bitch screaming and throwing hands

And there is footage. And considering his regular route is driving through the same shitty ghetto where this loud mouth bitch lives he would have been in danger any time he passed through on route from men who knew her. People have been killed for less.
