u need undeniable evidence to solve a crime...

I.e. Bullets recovered at crime scene match gun recovered on a traffic stop..

And like i said who's to say it was T.I at all even if there was a rat... A public shooting leaves to many variables... U show me a police report or court document showing he snitched and id believe it.. But until then i dont buy it..

Court records are public access and he would have been outed by now by somebody he has beef with..
