I'd do a layout like this:

Battle Discussions
Exclusive Member Forum
Lets Beef Happenings
General Discussions
Letsbeef Tracks/Mixtapes
Lets beef Fair Voters Club
Lets beef Hall of Fame
Support
Lets beef Archive

Just keep the stuff in the respective sections and re-organize the categories a little.

You start combining things too much and it'll confuse people.
