Here's the thing.

Sever space and server power is expensive. Very expensive, especially to host yourself. Youhave to have a revenue stream that is very, very large for this to work. Advertising probably won't do it. Games and whatnot are very bandwidth intensive. For this to work you will need your own server building, IT guys to run it, a several-thousand dollar Fiber-optic line, ect ect.

For this to work you have to be able to do the following: Either A: Somehow get a large enough base of customers so that you can make enough off of advertisement B. Charge for the service, to which you would have to have a large enough number of exclusive games to make it worth is, (I'm not sure about this one) or C. you have to get money from the company.

I don't see it as profitable.

Sex appeal

It's cool. That's the way marketing works. It's a fashion statement. Just like there's no inherent reason why Nikes are better than Reeboks (other than a fashion statement) most people buy Iphones because they are cool, not because they offer functionality.

Let me tell you something.

Most of the people at my school have an iphone. Seriously. They have it not because it's more functional, or they feel they can get more from it, it's because they think it's cool and the "in" thing.

We Are In Negotiations On Company Reserve Of Server Space That We Can't Afford On Our Own (That Wont Be Paid By Our Advertisement Revenue However. That Is Going To Cover Other Outstanding Costs). Can't Say More About That Atm Though.
And We Wont Charge For The Service At This Moment In Time.
Like I Said The Profit Is Thanks And Make Belief.
