Yes you're right. If you asked it most proberbly wouldn't get deleted. But at the same time. If u and killz wanted to battle you wouldn't go the cheap snipe route, you would both arrange a private battle. which is what I'm trying to do.

But on me deleting it. as oppose to you asking for it to be deleted and it not getting deleted.

Because I'm a mod and I KNOW the situation between myself and stot and exactly what his game is. It's easier for me to know whether to act or not as opposed to judging your past and feelings with whoever sniped you. I know what his game is so on principle I took action. Look I know technically it isn't right but the principle has to take president sometimes and this was 1 of those times.

Plus I was winning the first battle.

And this 1 had no votes.

So at no point was he even ahead for him to really declare it cheating. I'm making a stand.

So again stot. lets battle properly.
