I'm pretty sure I've seen every gunplay line there is to be written in 10+ different form, and it's taking away from the real wow factor. Creativity vanishes or is traded so people can claim to be 'thug' because it's how EVERY rapper has to be, especially in a battle..... NAT. If I wanted to hear every single punchline about guns ever written I'd go and watch a few videos of Conceited on YouTube.

Don't get me wrong, I use gunplay as a flip for people who claim to shoot but I'm 100% certain they don't. A little hypocritical yes, but I use it in a personal attack and don't claim to be something I'm not, as opposed to boasting about my 5's and 9's and shottys and bla bla bla.

What do you guys think? I for one would like to see a damn site less gunplay around here, I feel it'd really help people improve, stop people getting complacent and bring a lot fresher concepts.

Nope, I love me some one dimensional gun rhyme punchline festivals, you don't want to know all the ways I "raise arms."

Alot of agreeable shit in here. and same can be said for the other side..

Gunplay is like sayin Nigga.. Only blacks or Darkies Shud be sanctioned to say nigga.. Like only people who really do tha gun carryin should be sanctioned to speak on Gunplay.. But i guess thats taking it to LIVE battle'n cause I doubt lil After Thouht has even Shot a gun let alone Held one.. But It wont matter if he's in the box sayin 'My (Fill in the blank) is on my side blah blah blah'. Shit, Be true with your self and your lyrics will get ghutter for you.

We ain't spose to be writing up autobiographies tho, this shit is entertainment. Nobody watches gangster flicks n get pissed off cuz they was actors. They wasn't really shooting mofuckas. It's just for entertainment. Shit, nobody knows who would really pop a motherfucker. And it's irrelevant because who cares? I understand that the gunplay is 'played'. But then again, what isn't, with 1 billion rappers in the world, and raps been around for motherfuckin ages now, it's all had to be done before. So all we can do, is put our creative twist on it, like Rhet said.
