It's sad that he died. He was definatly a pioneer who played his part, but he is not a legend.. lmao.
To be a Legend in any field you have to have REACHED THE VERY PEAK of that field as well as continue that success over a long/sustained period of time. Like a Dr Dre. who's been around since the 80's and has constantly banged out hits up untill 2011.
