Trying to put some equipment together

Here's what I've got so far:

B-1 Behringer Condensor Mic
Shock mount
Pop filter

Here's what I know I still need:
A mixer (or some form of phantom power for the mic)
A stand


You guys got any suggestions/additions I should throw on my list?
Lookin for decent quality equipment, got a decent budget. Like shit that's the most bang for the buck.
