Punchline Month - Lets Beef

There should be a month set aside every year for "Punchline Month."

What Punchline Month means is this, during this month, whichever month is selected for that year (or it be the same month every year, like an annual thing) let that month be susceptible to 1-bar-battles.

And no, not in the same month as the LB sponsored One Bar Tournament.

Just an idea that popped into my head.

It's a simple, nice way to keep punchlines sharp, and have LB's text department more focused when it comes to each part of constructing a verse.

And it's fun to see who's really the best @ puns. Like this would be the season to the One Bar Tournament's playoffs.

Obviously, but only b/c they were completely taking over the battle scene. If one month is a long time then maybe one week??

Ofcourse, it would replace 8line battles, but only for that month. And even then, people would still do 8's. It just that month would be the only month that it'd be LB-legal to have a 1-bar or 2-bar or name-punch battle. Ya digg???

well....for one i hate one bar battles...UNLESS its in a tourny.

i dont really see the benefit of just writing two lines....and in the tourny its only cool because its a novelty.
