Iono it'd be a good way to see a true representation of a power ranking based on what a crew does as opposed to who is in a crew. Example--a crew with champs might not do as much work but have high quality when they do.. A crew with more total work will probably have the opposite affect.
The same thing can be translated to individual mcs to. Like the tour de france... Have a points top ten and a power ranking champ... Do two seperate tourneys and have a true grand championship between points and power. May be one sided but stats are undeniable.

RULE, may I ask when you were active when crews were active? Classick Vs SV was almost as intense as that time Peter forgot how to sit down.
Anyways, the crew stuff doesent need much work. It obviously came from something, an origional code either corrupted or unintentionally altered. It might take a bit of time both searching for the cause and testing, but the pieces are all there so it's not like it has to be recoded all over again.
And the site skin was obviously created by someone, I suggest X firstly getting the crew section fixed and then revamping the site skin which will give the site a new fresh feel to it, which could ignite some excitment. The crew section being fixed wont help, but it cant hurt. The crew section has almost always been like that, I cant remember a time when it worked, the difference is peoples inability to get behind a crew or start one and try hard to make it succeed, and fixing a few bugs wont help the crews actually get made.
