I agree there, but remember, Nicki is a fad rapper. And fad rappers ALWAYS go out of style.

-Nicki Minaj
-Weezy
-Bow Wow
-Nelly
-Diddy
fans..and
-Lupe Fiasco
-Jay Z
-Common
-L. Hill
fans?? Is that first group of "artists" have to put out new sounds, new gimmicks, new ideas for the fans to stay attracted. Thats why you havent heard a lick of New Boyz or Nelly since...since...but Jay Z, Common? Them cats? Drop records of their true personality and the fans never leave because its authentic.
Getting play, recognition, popular, off of a barbie image, bipolar voice style of rap? Will only work while its hot, but what happens when barbies get played out??
All Jay Z or Kanye gotta do is drop a single about skinny white bitches and Nicki is out of a job...eazy

yeah definatly..thats why when it comes to actually being a respected artist i wouldnt even put nicki on a list because she is a fad rapper. i just feel like she has a higher lyrical abilty than anyone on the other list..which is mostly because shes from another era and built off of all of the people on that list and turned into another flow...not to mention punches and such werent really a part of the salt and pepper / missy and other era
