staff members are in the position they are because they're some of the most trust worthy people on the site so there's no need for their votes to be on display to hide any shady bussiness .... so why put them in a position where idiots might accuse them of being biased and getting but hurt when they're voted against when mods already have to deal with a shit load of undeserved bitching for just trying to help the site run more smoothly
