No. No no no no no. Do you not remember when Seul told Row that he was taking a vacation from Letsbeef, and Row told us that Seul had been beaten to death by gangsters? The whole "But my daddy Rule said" cracked me up haha.
Is that taken out of context? As far as I'm aware, Legacy HOF is for those who have passed on such as the kid Gonzo aka @ Mind Fuck (R.I.P.). Also I'm pretty sure Row was banned for his previous behaviors, don't think it's fair to constantly be holding his past over his head. The man was immature a decade+ ago, most of the site was (most still are, unfortunately (Brrrraapppp!  )).
Just my two cents.
