PYW Divisions: Week 5 - Lets Beef

IMPORTANT: If @Grave Digga or @40killa decide to return to the competition, they would have first and second dibs on the 2nd Division X playoff spot respectively. However, if they're both finished, then I would take the top 3 battlers from Division Y instead of the top 2.

NOTES: With this many sign-ups it only makes sense to run two separate divisions, or else this will take like 3 months to complete. Each week, you will face a different competitor from your division in an 8-line text battle. After the (1 month ish) season finishes, the battlers with the 2 best records from each division will qualify for the playoffs. #1 battles #2 from the other bracket and vice versa, before culminating in a final.

WEEK 5 MATCHUPS

Dizz Da Dogg vs B U R D E N

With a string of impressive performances in tow, Dizz Da Dogg has put himself in position to challenge for the Division Y #1 Seed. With a win in this battle, he'd overtake B U R D E N for the top spot by way of having the head-to-head advantage. While both of these participants are guaranteed playoff appearances, you just know there's some extra bragging right that come along with being #1 in the regular season. Expect to see a heated affair here as both battlers look to stake their claim as the alpha in Division Y.

RhymeClops vs LadyKarma

This battle actually has a lot riding on it. Given Grave Digga's withdrawal and 40killa's disappearance from the contest, I will be adding an extra playoff spot to Division Y. While RhymeClops is out of the running, he can still play spoiler here to LadyKarma. If Karma were to win, we could have an interesting rock-paper-scizzors type tie at 2-2, if Dizz Da Dogg were to also lose. With a playoff spot on the line, expect Karma to come full throttle here, but don't count Clops out just yet.
