Endurance grips is the focus actly, (i switch between strength heavy and endurance heavy regimes every six months or so) thanks for that man i know i am atleast on the right tracks now.
Also i dnt do ab workouts like crunches etc DLs and side arm lifts is all i do for my core followed by some yoga post workouts.
