C) you have a dope battle and get 10 to 15 votes and no constructive criticism or feedback and a few days later it never gets mentioned again.

Like writing a hot verse takes time and effort. If its audio it requires even more steps. The payoff is very little. It's why guys like me only step up at tourney time. At least then theres a chance more people will see it, prediction threads might talk about it. And maybe, just maybe, I'll get a colored word under my name.

The ends just dont justify the means anymore. I'd rather freestyle on discord that takes bo forethought or planning. I get instant feedback and interact with other spotters in real time.
