Join ricans crew where he had all his multis
Leave ricans crew the same day
Votes against me the same day
Goes back inactive

Same guy that was called Rican back in 2007 btw..

To me that's clear evidence. Now we're on a 24 hour watch for Rican accounts because he logged in daily with an account that's from 2008 and older each time.
