Updated the thread.

Those that are in the poll to join the FVC can vote as well. Votes for yourself will not count.

In the result that there is a tie in the final ones to get in, I will be the deciding factor.
However, by the end of the voting, I have a feeling that won't be the case. Keep in mind there is voting power for the votes as well.
