Would you consider making it so that you can’t move crews? IE If you drop out of your crew that drafted you, you’re just out of illmania period. This would stop talent poaching and that boring type of shit from happening, but you can still recruit new people that weren’t part of the draft originally.

I do like the idea of no holds barred, but what does everyone think? That would mean everyone is stuck with 6 members with 4 free picks. Now that I word it, I actually kind of like it.

I like that. Also like being able to negotiate trades among leaders so people cant just leave on their own but leaders can trade and make moves.
