Coming from someone who doesn't listen to 69, I disagree. He doesn't scream all the time. However, I do concur that scream rap is NOT mumble rap. There's an extremely fine line between mumbling into a microphone and screaming into a microphone.

Future, Uzi Vert, Famous Dex, Lil Pump = Mumble Rap
69, Peep, etc is not

69 screams in 97% of his songs. Post 3 songs he didint scream in or your point doesn’t count here.
