I can't remember exactly, or what I searched... but I knew there HAD to be some form of rapping online, and I googled around until I found LetsBeef.

I found out about it from googling "freestyle battle forum," or something like that, and it was on the first page. We definitely need to improve our SEO to make sure we're ranking high on Google again.

I heard about it because someone was on here and wanted me to ghostwrite for their battles on here. He offered to pay me.. And I came here as a spectator. Then I stuck around because of the level of competition and learned a lot. This place has been my 2nd home and my biggest go to source for verse and style research on growing my own style into the battler ive become.

I created a rap battle page on Bebo.com and @DCs-mastermind, who was the champ on my bebo page, dropped the link. I think Askari, Multiple Madness and Lil Midget all battled on my page but hadn't mentioned LB at the time. That's how me, UA and Mayneak all joined.

DCs Mastermind disappeared not long after we joined up, but he popped up 3 years later as a rap battler in Ireland as L Deman.
