But if someone who was born a male has the right to identify as a female, why wouldn't they have the right to compete in female sports?

Men are naturally stronger than most women. If a man trained for 5 years in a sport compared to a women who trained 5 years in a sport, nine times out of ten the man would be superior.

If I identify as siamese, can I get a tag team partner for my boxing match?

I don't specifically mind transgender woman competing in male sports. Honestly, I don't mind any woman competing in male sports as long as they have proven themselves to be capable of competing in a fair and safe manner. That being said, there's an entire field we can go down if you want to talk about steroids, testosterone boosters and what not when you're talking about a woman transitioning to a man.

The alternative, men to women, no fucking way. Fallon Fox can fuck right off. Men have a bone density, along with many other aspects, that aren't entirely taken away by oestrogen and testosterone blockers.

The whole "identify" thing is ridiculous to me. Like my example at the top, it seems ridiculous, but can you actually explain to me the difference between:-

Person is born a woman, identifies as a man, therefore is classified as male.
Person is born non-siamese, identifies as siamese, therefore is classified as siamese.
Person is born ailment free, identifies as someone with down syndrome, is classified as someone with down syndrome.

Genuinely, I'm very interested in what the difference between those are, specifically in the realm of sports and classifications.
