That doesn't mean CAUSATION... but it means there's a relationship between the two that deserves further investigation.
I loosely believe you can attribute video games to a percentage of violent crime. I just think there's things that work in tandem with video games like environment, financial situation, etc etc because a video game in and of itself shouldn't be the sole precursor to violent behavior. That wouldn't really make sense, would it? Because then you'd have to explain all the law abiding citizens that play GTA V and don't shoot shit up.

It proves without a shadow of a doubt? So if we took 200 prisoners and more than half happened to be Asian, it proves without a shadow of a doubt that being Asian has a relationship with crime?
Video games, and television, have no hand in the causation of violent crime.
