Huh? No, I mean just add the top 100 and HOF members into the system and let people rate them. Can't we do something like Reddit? Except instead of Up-Rating threads, you just up/down rate members.

This is a good idea, but who can rate would need to be restricted. Otherwise, unqualified raters will ruin it, similar to the current rankings.
