Nah I'ma just be coachin & droppin tracks maybe. I jus wanna keep this approach (the online battling style) to the art form alive & keep these corny netcees at bay cuz they're the ones ruining shit.

Well i'm all for anything that will help the overall activity on this site...with that being said:

1) Will those 'top 3 or 4 crews' (including yours) be on board? I think what Godbody had mentioned about like 6 man crews would be the best way to go...that way your whole team is involved in crew battle and let's be honest as of right now crews with 10+ people aren't helping anything

2) Are these heads that have been basically inactive for a while going to all of sudden be coming back to battle because of this? A lot of people just don't battle regularly anymore (they'll pop in for Tournaments and stuff like a Title is all they care about, and not really interested in just doing this for fun like they once did) Maybe it's the competition level they want or something i dunno, Better battles need to happen more often

3) Will it just be smaller versions of who can recruit the top members and just stack a squad? Crews need more balance, The 'members' in some crews could be leaders and capo's elsewhere

Not trying to be negative here, but like you said individuals have the power. People should just want to come to a rap battle site, and i dunno...actually battle. Good to see there are some people that actually still care about LB and i applaud any attempts to help out though.

I've been on a few different boards through the years and it has always ended the same way....The board shutting down or changing directions. The key is to hold the attention of its members and not even the best boards were able to do that in the long run.

With that being said.... any positive movement is worth a try. I enjoyed coming to these type of boards and it really helped me to elevate my writing skills. I have not written much of anything for years (did post one simple drop with no feed in the Topical Section). I will be more then happy to help out any way I can get more active.
