As @Fiji Osa's legal representation... This thread is heresay & should be deleted on the grounds of "LB niggas r soooo fucking petty" - Article 37 of the LetsBeef Constitution. However, the said "petty niggas" in question did not follow proper procedure when reporting an LB infraction by creating such a thread. Making such evidence public before a verdict was rendered should by law make said evidence inadmissible in Court. These "petty niggas" have vilified my client, like he was the offspring of Rohaan. Which in turn has contaminated the jury pool & painted my client guilty in the court of public opinion. Making it impossible for him to get a fair trial in this state. I move to have my client re-tried in an appellate court setting @Pugz. Maybe on @Muggz "Live from the Basement" radio show, or somewhere deep in Alaska where people don't have iPhones or cell phone service to google this shit.

My client is innocent. The victim of a deliberate smear campaign (much like @Rant's underwear) involving immense pettiness, pure fuckery & malicious entrapment on the behalf of the Prosecution & their Agents. We have evidence to prove that my client, Mr. Osa - a hard-working first generation immigrant from the Dojing province in China - was coerced into PM'ing said "petty niggas" for votes. This evidence is being withheld in conjunction with the formal appeal which has been sent to the Magistrate.

Mr. Osa has been an influential member of the LetsBeef Community & not only expects a fair shake, but he deserves one as well. We look forward to our date in court.

Osa was overrated in my eyes anyway but I think he's innocent. I mean he did pm and fvc member but he chose rant out of all of them. Not a bad thing but I mean dudes be dropping links in fvc members threads and they sometimes never do anything about it. It just sits there for months. Besides though, goodness accepted the battle... Let this shit slide.. If it was someone up there like Lockhart or stricc or Babylon, shit even bnas, then you could make a case.
