they were suppose to be performing sets
Busy always rocked the crowd better than anyone at that time

I always thought its about making fun of your opponent.... when u watch live battles at the end people are normally cool after it theres no hate there only somtimes there is.

I think you're confusing battle rap with hip-hop, battle rap is a niche sub-category of hip-hop. Hip-Hop is the overall culture, not the other way around.
