Sorry steve...unfortunately your voting power is also a 1. You need to have a full vp of 2 in order to become fvc. I see your voting has gotten much better though....I'll be keeping my eye out on your voting. Keep it up and I'll raise your vp up to 2 and will let you in the fvc. Hope this helps
