No one knows exactly what happened before the cop shot. If he actually did grab for the gun, or was actually surrendering. Regardless, this dude was a criminal who clearly had bad intentions robbing a store the same day. AND, you can tell his friend's lying because he said he was peaceful at the store he robbed LMAO. I'm siding with the cop here, I'm guessing that he could've been on something that day, idk. He was HUGE and had an aggressive demeanor. Just my 2 cents though.
