A: Obviously the dialogue was scripted. James Foley would doubtfully say those things about his brother, without being forced to do so. They were not his ords.

B: It is not uncommon practice for ISIS, and other extremist groups of this nature to drug the victims of beheadings in this type of incident to ensure that they are more easily handled during the process.

ISIS has over a billion US dollars worth of equipment. It was one of the biggest things reported on in the past few months, if they wanted a camera with superb quality I'm sure they could get their hands on it.

ISIS isn't some group "walking around barefoot in the sand blowing shit up". Their a team of military elites with major tactical prowess who have captures multiple towns and cities, and are taking their region by storm. You're drastically under-estimating a group of people to the point that you don't think they can wash their clothes or buy a video camera.
