I heard one report on this case say "The cop didn't know that the two had been involved in a robbery, so he had no business to stop them". Did he only stop them because they were black? Who cares? They WERE criminals. Profiling is a legitimate police technique. 99 times out of 100 it's all down to what clothes the people wear over their skin colour, but regardless.
