GC Should be invitational.

Its left up to the discretion of whoever is hosting the GC. In the past, the GC has sometimes been part top monthly qualifiers and part invited battler---never totally invitational though. So instead of all 64 entrants being from the top 64 of the previous month, we can do top 48 monthly qualifiers get placement then reserve the remaining 16 slots for invited battlers who may not have been as active in the qualifying month.
A totally invitational tournament is not a GC even if it carries a blue title. That's more like a Beastmode or Untouchables or All-Star tourney.
